Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Reputation Management Group, LLC, operating as Reputation Crisis Protection ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, protects, and shares information submitted to or gathered through reputationcrisisprotection.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
We handle inquiry information as confidential. People reach us in the middle of an active crisis, and that shapes how we treat everything you send us.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us, plus a small amount that is recorded automatically whenever anyone visits a website.
Information you provide:
- Your name and email address, which are required to submit either form on the Site
- Your phone number, which is optional
- The description of your situation that you write in the message field, which may include sensitive personal or business information
- Anything further you choose to share with us by email, by phone, or during a consultation
Information collected automatically:
- Standard server records kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request
- The referring address that sent you to the Site, when your browser supplies one
The Site does not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or third party analytics, and we do not build visitor profiles.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use what you submit for these purposes only:
- To respond to your request for help and assess what is happening
- To evaluate your situation and propose a strategy
- To communicate with you about services you have asked about or engaged us for
- To keep ordinary business records of our correspondence
- To keep the Site secure and functioning, including blocking automated spam
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us
We do not use inquiry information for advertising, we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell it.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- With service providers who operate the Site on our behalf, specifically website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and spam prevention, each of which may handle your submission only to perform that function for us
- When required by law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our company, or others, where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the information stays subject to this policy
We do not publish client names, testimonials, or case details that would identify a client without written permission.
4. Cookies and Spam Prevention
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only third party technology on the Site is Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam prevention challenge that runs on both forms. Turnstile checks that a submission is coming from a person rather than an automated script, and it may store a short lived token or similar identifier in your browser to complete that check. It is used for security, not for tracking, and we receive no advertising data from it.
You can block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may prevent the spam check from completing, in which case you can reach us by phone or email instead.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business and tax records, then delete or archive it. If you engage us, we keep engagement records for the period set out in your service agreement and for as long as applicable law requires. You may ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.
6. Data Security
The Site is served entirely over HTTPS, so everything you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you would rather not send sensitive details through a web form, call us instead.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:
- To know what personal information we hold and how we use it
- To request a copy of that information
- To request correction of information that is inaccurate
- To request deletion of your information, subject to records we are required to keep
- To withdraw your consent at any time where consent is what allows us to process it
- To be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@reputationcrisisprotection.com or call (720) 656-3738. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to pages we do not operate, including review platforms, directories, and published research. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, and this policy does not apply to them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we make a material change we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after that date means you accept the revised policy.
11. Contact Us
If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise a right described above, contact Reputation Management Group, LLC at info@reputationcrisisprotection.com or (720) 656-3738.
